Really not a lot to write about this one. We really like playing outside at Hollywood & Vine, awesome patio. The place, as a whole (with emphasis on the patio) has more personality than a lot of the places we play. If I lived in Glen Rose, I would probably be a regular customer. Anyway, this time the rain left us alone and it was good, hot and humid. At the end of the night, all of my clothes were soaking wet!
The show went fine. Well, aside from Mr. Frazier getting a splinter from the wood stage on his magic finger, the show went fine. We've been tweaking the set list, how it flows and all, and it appears to have been a positive change - a lot of nice words from people in the crowd. Had a few free beers sent our way, saw a CD being sold, had some folks dancing, etc. This morning I see we've received several new Facebook "likes" from people in the Glen Rose area as well (Thank You!).
It was a good time and I really hope to be able to get back on the outdoor stage once more before it cools off this Fall. They have live music year round, but we're kinda loud for where they have the indoor bands play :)
